DRAGON GUARDIANS: Tibetan Psi Warriors
Nyingma Magicians Influence Destiny From Higher Fields
Iona Miller, 2 /2008
RIGHTS & LIGHTS
Tibetan lamas fight for humanity in their meditations. They are actively protecting the world on the inner planes, counteracting a variety of psychic and real world adversaries, smoothing the path to the future. Dragon spirits use the biophotonic powers of their Bodies of Light.
ESOTERIC DRAMA
Tibetan civilization assumes a unique role in both inner and outer history. Tibetan masters intentionally act in their prayers and meditations on behalf of the entire world. Is it possible they have saved us from ourselves many times in the past? These environ-mentalists believe this is so.
Lamas don’t characterize themselves as “fighting” for humanity, but as working with the higher forces through inconceivable commitments to safeguard the evolutionary potential – a sort of built in karmic “fail-safe.” But it is written that when technology overwhelms and threatens the species catastrophically, Gesar arrives, Guru Rinpoche in the form of the warrior king, carrying “weapons of light.”
They intervene as psychic warriors for the greater good. Some say they have already saved us from nuclear holocaust, plagues, climatic disaster and a variety of other global ills. Are they part of a cosmic system of checks and balances? What is the highest project? Are these planetary guardians secretly making the world we want by massaging the energetic field of being?
Could it actually be that they hold the balance of global power in their spiritual hands from the inner planes? Did they moderate the Cold War? Can they possibly be protecting anything more than their own worldview? Is the frontier between inner and outer reality merely a persistent illusion?
SACRED ACTIVISM
Forget the CIA, MI6, Yakuza, KGB, even the Freemasons. Warrior-lamas conduct clandestine occult operations from the primordial field. Are they manipulating history with ritual and intentionality, countering negative forces with supreme compassion? Do they hold our lives in the balance? Are the Tibetan lamas sacred activists secretly orchestrating ultimate global reality from the invisible ground of pure light?
Whether it is true or not, for centuries Westerners have looked to the high plateaus of Tibet as the secret seat of wisdom. The idea of brotherhoods protecting secret wisdom preserved by a lineage of masters is widespread. The West imagined that wisdom radiated from these spiritual hinterlands, protected by their inaccessibility. And the lamas themselves were sharing that dream. Now they have spread their spiritual network throughout the world.
SHANGRI-LA of the HEART
Occultist Mme. Blavatsky reified the spiritual paradise in her Secret Doctrine (1888). Her legend of Shambhala and ascended masters eclipsed the real Shangri-La story found in Kalachakra literature. Hitler’s mad pursuit of Tibetan knowledge reveals the universal appeal of this legendary hidden wisdom from the roof of the world. Everyone revered it and wanted to possess this potent spiritual technology. Shambhalla is a place where our heartfelt dreams come true.
The monastic culture of ancient Tibet was the cosmic energy body, which irradiated the entire world with enlightened consciousness from both physical and metaphorical heights. A fiercely lived life is an artform -- illumination in action, based on discipline, practice and service.
“Hidden in the last thousand years of Tibet’s civilization is a continuous process of inner revolution and cool evolution. In spiritual history, Tibet has been the secret dynamo that throughout this millennium has slowly turned the outer world toward enlightenment. Thus Tibetan civilization’s unique role on the inner plane of history assumes a far greater importance than material history would indicate.” (Thurman 1998, p. 225).
GRAND SORCERERS (Maha Siddhas)
Is this spiritual recognition of the priestly state deserved? Is this in fact the wisest culture in the world, hidden away from modern life for so many centuries? Does the fact they endured their own bloody struggles detract from the magnificence of the spiritual technology preserved and advanced there, now globalized? Can they provide a blueprint for taming our own wild world? Is it a cultural conquest in disguise? Does the fate of humanity rest on their radiant bodies of energy and their fierce luminosity?
The spread of Buddhism to the West was predicted in an ancient prophecy:
The historical Buddha is said to have made the following prognosis: “Two thousand and five hundred years after my passing the Dharma will spread to the land of the red-faced people” (Mullin, 1991, p. 145). There is an astonishingly similar prophecy by the founder of Tibetan culture, Padmasambhava: “When the iron bird flies and horses run on wheels … the Dharma will come to the land of the Red Man” (Bernbaum, 1982, p. 33). Western cultural figures like the director Martin Scorsese cite a famous pronouncement of the Tibetan state oracle prior to the flight of the Kundun in the 1950s: “The jewel that grants wishes shines in the West” says the prophecy (Focus, 46/1997, p. 168) “The jewel that grants wishes” is an epithet for the Dalai Lama.
Since the Renaissance, Thurman explains, the West has effected the “outer modernity”, that is the “outer enlightenment” through the scientific revolution. At the same time (above all since the rule of the Fifth Dalai Lama in the seventeenth century) an “inner revolution” has taken place in the Himalayas, which the American boldly describes as “inner modernity”: “So we must qualify what we have come to call ‘modernity’ in the West as ‘materialistic’ or ‘outer’ modernity, and contrast it with a parallel but alternative Tibetan modernity qualified as ‘spiritualistic’ or ‘inner’ modernity” (Thurman 1998, p. 247). http://www.iivs.de/~iivs01311/SDLE/Part-2-15.htm
WISDOM TEACHINGS
There are four main orders of Mahayana Buddhism, each having its own spiritual head. They include the Ningma (which is the most ancient), the Sakya, the Kagyu, and the Gelug. The Gelug order of Tibet is teaching white tantra only to their highest initiates. The Gelugpa order is the order of the venerable Dalai Lamas.
The prophecies came true when the Dalai Lama left Tibet and at least two prominent lamas moved to the US to established their dharma centers: Chogyam Trungpa (NY and Boulder, Co.) and Dudjom Rinpoche (NYC; France). The later is from the Ningma lineage and is a master of the Vajrakilaya path. Nyingma means the "ancient ones” as it is the oldest Tibetan Buddhist school.
ENLIGHTENING RADIATION
The Ningma order learns magic, mystic arts, etc. They aim to influence the destiny of all mankind. They cultivate the power to dispel disease and obstacles. Do these tantric masters take on the ills of the world, even to the point of psychophysical damage to themselves? They have said so to their trusted disciples. Certainly, they believe so themselves.
His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche was the head of the Nyingma school in exile until his passing in 1987. Dzogchen is the ultimate teaching within Tibetan Buddhism and Dudjom Rinpoche is credited with teaching more Dzochen masters than anyone. He was the root teacher of many of today's most prominent masters, including the Dalai Lama.
Most Dzogchen masters believe that Dudjom Rinpoche was the most realized person of his time. He had a special genius for expressing the meaning and realization of Dzogchen with a clarity and lucidity. His son Shenphen Dawa Norbu Rinpohce continues spreading his father's teachings in both Europe and the United States. Shenphen Rinpoche is Dudjom Rinpoche's dharma heir and surveils the entire Dudjom domain.
The transplanted religion flourished in American and European soil. These legendary masters of the Secret Doctrine received a warm welcome. It has been an underground force since the Beat era. Because of its credibility and the high profile of the Dalai Lama, it could even be called “trendy” now, compared to many other contenders in the spiritual supermarket. It is a much-admired, elegant and sophisticated path, which has also produced treasures of art.
OCCULT FOUNDATIONS OF LAMAISM
The Tibetan culture of “sacralization”, “magic”, “enlightenment”, “spiritual progress”, and “peaceful monasticism” stands in opposition to a Western civilization of “secularization”, “disenchantment”, “rationalization”, “profane belief in material progress”, and “materialism, industrialism, and militarism” (Thurman 1998, p. 246)
“It is said that the hillsides and retreats of central Tibet were ablaze with the light generated by profound concentration, penetrating insights, and magnificent deeds of enthusiastic practitioners. The entire populace was moved by the energy released by individuals breaking through their age-old ignorance and prejudices and realizing enlightenment.” (Thurman 1998, pp. 227-228)
DANCING DEMON DAGGERS
The Ningma magical dagger with its three-angled blade is called a phurba. It is a material object that affects the realm of the spirit. Lamas focus the spiritual energy of the material object in a determined direction. Tantric uses of this ritual dagger include shamanic healing, exorcism, killing demons, meditation, consecrations (puja), and weather-making.
The blade of the phuba is used for the destruction of demonic powers. The top end of the phurba is used by the tantrikas for blessings. The highest purpose of the powerful phurba is cutting through obstacles or negative energies.
The wrathful deity, Vajrakilaya is the primary meditational form of the Nyingmapa tradition of Vajrayana The godform embodies the wrathfully compassionate nature of primordial wisdom. Vajrakilaya practice is most powerful for removing obstacles, destroying forces hostile to compassion, and purifying the spiritual pollution prevalent in this age.
The phurba is used as a ritual implement to signify stability on a prayer grounds during ceremonies, and only those initiated in its use, or otherwise empowered, may wield it. The energetic of the phurba is fierce, wrathful, piercing, affixing, transfixing. The phurba affixes the Elemental Process of Space to the Earth, thereby establishing an energetic continuum.
ZERO POINT WEAPON
Vajrakilaya is a favored tantric archetypal deity embraced by the Nyingmapa. The awesome and wrathful manifestation of this empty yet apparent deity assists practitioners in clearing the obstructions to realization.
The phurba is not a physical weapon, but a spiritual implement. It often bears the epithet Diamantine Dagger of Emptiness (Shunyata, Void, Space, Æther and 0 (number)). Vajrakilaya also known as Vajrakumar is the deity of the magic phurba dagger, a symbol of the sharp point of wisdom of dharmakaya by the power of one pointed concentration. This 'one-pointed' (Sanskrit: eka graha) focus is a concerted mindfulness on the unity and interdependence of all dharmas. This one-pointed focus is understood as 'applying oneself fully' in realization of awareness over mind in the primordial field.
The Phurba, particularly those that are wooden are for shamanic healing, harmonizing and energy work and often have two nāgas (Sanskrit for snake, serpent and/or dragon, also refers to a class of supernatural entities or deities) entwined on the blade, reminiscent of the Staff of Asklepius and the Caduceus of Hermes.
ENERGETIC & RITUAL USAGE
As a tool of exorcism, the phurba may be employed to hold demons or thoughtforms in place once they have been expelled from their human hosts. Their mindstream may be re-directed and their inherent obscurations transmuted. More esoterically, the phurba binds and pins down negative energies or obscurations from the mindstream of an entity, person or thoughtform, including the thoughtform generated by a group, project, etc., in order for purification to be administered.
The phurba as an iconographical implement is identical with Vajrakilaya, a wrathful deity of Tibetan Buddhism who is often seen with his consort. He is embodied in the phurba as a means of destroying (in the sense of finalizing and then freeing) violence, hatred, and aggression by tying them to the blade of the phurba and then transmuting them with its tip. The pommel may be employed in blessings.
BIOPHOTONIC DRAGON MAGICIANS
The reawakened Dragon is the adept who inhabits his or her Body of Light. Psychologically, the dragon is the union of ordinary human reality with the Transpersonal Self and a passion for transformation. Some see it as a symbol of DNA or the kundalini energy.
The dragon is a healing power. The spiritual food of immortality signifies the ability of the ego to assimilate the previously unconscious aspects of the Self. This is the elixir of youth that creates the immortal body, equivalent to the Philosopher's Stone. The invocation with powerful godnames is combined with the dragon emblem to initiate the current.
In both East and West, the winged dragon represents the Anima Mundi, or Soul of the World, which is the sum total of planetary existence. In modern terms, it is the holographic blueprint on which form is based, informational level or primal source of being. It is said that medicine providing the gift of youth can be made from its venom.
The Dragon Magician is the phurba; the phurba is the consciousness of the practitioner, the root of sentience and the buddha-nature. The shaman assumes it form and flies into others worlds and realities. The current of nature's own primordial power runs through the dragon's body. We need to remember it, to find it again and evoke that essential energy, which is how the body processes light.
He or she merges with and manipulates the primordial field from which all form arises. A less spiritual, more contemporary term for this field is Zero Point. It is Cosmic Zero, the archetypal reboot point for all of existence. Nothing exists without a root in this primal Source.
Great masters of this process are able to take on and transmute karmas within while they are identified with the clear light or primordial field. Their discernment governs their choices in this process, which is not one of ego control but ultimate compassion.
TheVoid or the vacuum is a giant virtual state hologram. Integrating or kindling any form with visualization or not results in a fluctuation first becoming a neutrinic pattern, then a photonic light pattern, and finally materializing physically. Discharge of the "potential" of this pattern then reverses the process.
These two processes--charge-up and discharge--constitute materialization and dematerialization. Anything at all--living or dead--can be materialized or dematerialized. Vacuum fluctuation is the source of photons blinking into and out of existence from Absolute Space. The virtual particle "sea", the unlimited reservoir of symmetric, virtual, particle-antiparticle pairs of all kinds created by the interaction of light with the metric of spacetime.
Zero-point energy is made up of photons created by electrons in distant stars. Virtual photons in space are created by the motions of other electrons, mainly by “distant matter.” Each zigzag of a local electron is actually a nonlocal communication between it and distant matter. Each quantum photon consists of many photon pulses, which are collectively the ZPE of the vacuum of space.
The scalar is created when two common electromagnetic waves come together from two different converging vectors or angles. Where the energy vectors meet the equal frequencies cancel each other leaving a standing or stationary energy. The space the scalar occupies is not a vacuum but alive with checked and balanced energies.
FIELD BODY: PRACTICE of LIVING LIGHT -
Meditation masters speak of an inner Light that pervades the physical and energy bodies. Now science investigates it as biophotons. Through quantum physics we can watch that matter/energy/information devolve back into the unstructured void from which potential emanates. Mystics have often equated this pervasive Light/Sound with primordial Consciousness and the source of life as well as matter. The mindbody is electronic, but it is rooted in the luminosity of its invisible ground.
The “Tibet of the mind” represents echoes of the hinterlands of our primordial consciousness. Finally, we move beyond all local landscapes into the holistic or holographic field the hyperspace deep field. The Bardo Thodol, (Tibetan Book of the Dead), said that in the Fifth Stage of the world's development, a stage not yet actualized, "Ether" will dawn in the consciousness of man.
An ether is a propagation medium. The bardo is the threshold between the formless and manifest, the virtual body and the “real” body. The template of life resides in the primordial ether, the fifth element. This Ether is correlated with spirit and relates to the change in consciousness from dense to subtle body, during the period between death and rebirth. This also applies to the ego death and rebirth of daily meditation. The all-pervading luminiferous ether is synonymous with consciousness.
The void is a plenum. We can learn to wrap our minds experientially around this quantum reality that we are not separate from the ongoing process of creation, even if a universal energetic field of information defies detection. All existence consists of embedded holograms within holograms, fractally embedded waves within waves of clear light. Their interrelatedness somehow gives rise to our existence and sensory images. When we embody this intimate wisdom, our bodies become temples of the living spirit.
Absolute space is the womb of creation and the physics of virtual photon fluctuation reflects not only Nature, but also our nature. Only now are we learning just how literal that experience of Light is, and the interactive mechanisms it engages in our holistic psychophysical Being.
MOTHER LUMINOSITY
The background radiation of zero-point energy is a luminiferous ether, but its radiant potential surrounds us yet is invisible. Light is a current of particles called photons. Particles are composed of the energy of light and reflect the structure of spacetime. A photon is a single particle of light. The photon is the field vector of electric charge.
The radiant ground is the fundamental source beyond the boundary layer of quantum foam. Photons are the self-luminous manifestation of Absolute Space. Plants, animals and humans generate up to 100 photons per second, per .15 square inches (1 sq. centimeter) of surface area.
BIOPHOTONS are biological radiation. Light is stored in the cells of organisms, in DNA molecules of their nuclei. A dynamic web of light constantly released and absorbed by the DNA connects cell organelles, cells, tissues, and organs within the body and serves as the organism's main communication network and as the principal regulator for all life processes. DNA and the genome have now been identified as active "laser-like" environments.
Biophotons are weak emissions of light radiated from the cells of all living things. The light is too faint to be seen by the naked eye, but biophotons have been detected and verified using photomultiplier tubes. Light is constantly being absorbed and remitted by DNA molecules within each cell's nucleus, creating a dynamic, coherent web of light. BIOPLASMA is the electrical field body.
Plasma oscillations are generalized holograms. Plasma waves for which the frequency does not depend on wave vector are ideal candidates for holograms in the generalized sense. Living matter is full of this kind of holograms: besides plasma oscillations associated with biologically important ions, also plasma oscillations associated with atoms and molecules can define holograms. Emission. Bioluminescence.
Mindfulness and pure awareness is the active consciousness of the next stage of the world's development, which the Lamas estimated would begin in the twentieth century and flower in the twenty first. It is not passive absorption in the collective state, but empathic psychophysical engagement and active participation. It is certainly more foresighted to prevent the onset of problems than to resort to supernatural heroics as a last resort.
The process of mind-expansion produces unusual byproducts and powers called siddhis. Seldom seen naturally, they are said to be "developed" by yogis and others as a result of spiritual training. Siddhis include life extension, healing, ESP, telepathy, precognition, prophecy, time distortion, healing, pain anesthesia, psychic heat, clairvoyance, levitation, OOBE’s, psychokinesis, and autonomic control.
But the compassionate aspirant remains unattached to these potentially hazardous powers and egoic power traps, in general, continuing toward enlightenment, the Buddha fields of the ground state.
We can return to Nature and our nature, collectively preparing a paradigm shift for a new shared reality and trajectory of physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual coherence. The silent frictionless flow of living intelligence is beyond words and conceptual constructs. We are a process of recursive self-generation. This continuum, which is our groundstate or creative Source, is directly discoverable in the immediacy of the emergent embodied moment, in the living Light that generates our Being.
ONE TASTE
There is only one mind. We call it Universal Mind, or the Diamond Matrix. Like the Dirac Sea, it is likened to an ocean of potential. In the perennial philosophy, sacred truth says universal mind permeates everything throughout the whole universe. It is an unobservable infinite energy field – a sparkling, radiant diamond-expanse.
This diamond-like clarity of truth unveiled is perceptible through meditation, wisdom, inspiration, creativity and genius. It is the source of Knowledge, gnosis. There is tremendous spiritual potential in emptiness. There is a correlation, if not identity, between the vacuum within of contemplatives and the vacuum without of science.
In Qabalah, it correlates with The Abyss and the three Veils of Negative Existence – Ain, Ain Soph, and Ain Soph Aur. It is the time-energy pump of manifestation, siphoning negative time from the virtual vacuum. The Abyss is the relative vacuum and the Three Veils of Negative Existence are the absolute vacuum in Qabalah.
